REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We will gladly refund or replace products that are damaged, defective or unopened, with valid proof of purchase. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
Upon delivery, please check your order carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours by emailing detailed information to and providing a photo that shows the damages.
UNOPENED PRODUCT RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Email us at to let us know you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 30-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address. Once you have shipped your product back to us, please also email the tracking number. After receiving your package and confirming its condition, we will issue a refund and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

Standard ground shipping methods will be used for orders with Free Shipping selected. Packages will arrive in 7 to 10 days depending on the time an order is placed and proximity to our fulfullment location (Illinois).
2-Day Express
• Due to carrier limitations, 2-Day Express is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or PO boxes.
• Orders that are placed before noon (central time) will be delivered within 2 business days. Orders that are placed after noon will be shipped on the next business day.
